Getting Your Project Started

If you have any questions about our services or need guidance on your project, give us a call at 206.340.6047 or 877.340.ARIS toll free. If you are ready to take the next step with your project, you should call and make an appointment to come visit our studio. You can see examples of our work, tour our facilities, and go over your project in person. For clients outside the area we can take your order over the phone or you can follow the steps below to fill out and send us an order form.

You Live in the Seattle Area

Step 1: Call or email to make an Appointment

We'll arrange a convenient time when you can come and discuss the details of your project.

Step 2: What to Bring

If you have film or artwork you might want to have scanned, plan on bringing it with you if possible so we can help you understand your options. If you have a digital image file, bring it on a CD or memory stick.

You Live outside the Seattle Area

Step 1: Make Your Choices

Determine the Size and Medium as well as any Finishing options you wish to use for your prints.

Step 2: Fill Out Your Order

Fill out our Printable Form and send it with your order. If you will be uploading a digital image file then you can also forward it to us by email or fax. Give us a call if you have any questions. If you have trouble downloading the form, give us a call at 1-877-340-ARIS (2747), and we will fax you a copy.

Step 3: Send the Image

Send us your original art, photographic prints, film, or digital image files.

• Original Art: Please see our information on Shipping for complete details on how to ship your original art safely.
• Digital Image File: If you already have an acceptable digital file and you have access to a high-speed internet connection, you can upload files to our FTP site. You will need to contact us to receive a username and password so your digital files are secured.
• Prints or Film: Most people pack their originals between several layers of heavy cardboard, in a box (a FedEx small box works well). This works well and we recommend FedEx for shipping all originals. They handle shipments with more care and they can be tracked.

Step 4 : Processing Your Order

Upon receipt of your order, we will print a proof and send it to you for your review within 5 business days. We'll chat by phone or email to see if the proof meets with your approval or there are changes needed. Once we have your final approval of a proof, we will proceed with any final prints in the order.
